Well next time just get a non-toxic purple paint bucket, dump it over you, then maybe get lightly sprayed with water to let it run and then dry it, and you should have a pure purple look lol. Alternatively, you could just let the paint dry and when you move around and the paint inevitable starts cracking it will give a more menacing/realistic look, giving more to the menacing look.

True, but then I'd have to redo my hair, and hope that the spray didn't get over the purple makeup, or else I'd be trapped in a forever loop of "purple, spray hair white, FUCK MY HAIRSPRAY TURNED THINGS WHITE I DIDN'T WANT IT TO, purple, spray hair white, etc." :P

Though, the cracking would look kind of cool... Maybe not for Ursula, but for a different villain. :D

The dress looks fantastic, but next time I would invest in a wig. The upkeep is just way easier for unusual hair colors/heavily styled characters.

Well, my friend is wearing a wig, if that's what you mean?

On my end, we had started planning this cosplay a year or so ago, when I actually did have short hair, short enough to style into Ursula's with minimal issues. Cue the con, when I have long hair again, and totally forgot.

...I have a wig coming in! It was just coming in, you know, after the con. >_>;;

I'm going to have one next time we do this, though. :3

Thank you. :3 I know we did some other poses, but then we forgot to actually take any pictures of them ourselves. |D I've been poking around to see if we show up anywhere else, but no luck so far- though I might post again when I do?

In the front was some tentacles. :3 The outfit was a corseted top with a purple circle skirt attached, and then I had a belt with tentacles attached. :D

I can see what you mean about the paint, but honestly, even with that it looks really cool! I like the makeup job. And the fun pose. :D

Aaaaa thank you! We had fun trying to figure out poses, since I didn't have ghostly green hands, and I didn't want to smudge purple on her. |D

(The ghostly green hands are next year. Maybe. If everything goes well. |D)
