Sorry that's just how most names originate. "Siobhan" itself is a bastardization of "Jeanne."

There's a difference in changing a name's spelling to fit an entirely different language and inventing a fucking stupid fake spelling like "shahvawn" or whatever just because you're too lazy or ~*~special~*~ to use the actual spelling. I get pissy like this about names like "Krystle" or "Destanee" too. It reeks of laziness and, yes, trashiness.

Siobhan is a name from an entirely different language than English. Unless it becomes popular enough that people in all the English-speaking world start recognizing it, but right now I'm positive most people in my country would get stuck if they saw "Siobhan" on a roll call and had to read it aloud. And not because they're stupid, the phonetics are just that different.
