Hi I live in one of those ~backward places~ where the maiming, raping and killing of gay and trans people, even more so if they are immigrants, is a widely unreported fact. Only doctors who work in hospitals and have managed to voice the issue on TV occasionally address it in the media.

But it's not happening in your superior city, so it doesn't count, does it.
