I'll go!

I hate the SyFy "adaptation" of the Earthsea trilogy.

One of my favourite fantasy series ever, by Urusla K. LeGuin.

They ruined it. Utterly ruined it. Just ripped up the source material and threw it out the window. Zero respect for the characters or author. And the end result was the biggest piece of crap I've ever had the misfortune of watching.

Ursula LeGuin! Someone I knew turned me on to her, and I loved the book I read. I couldn't tell you what it was, anymore (let's just say I avoided things that reminded me of said person, for a bit). It was sooo good, though.

Sucks they made such a sucky adaptation, too. Granted, this is the "sci-fi" channel that now plays wrestling...
