Yesss Whishaw love. I also prefer him in smaller doses, for whatever reason. I think my brain is subconsciously trying to protect me from Cumberbatchitis*: seeing an actor's face so much that you get sick of it.

Haha, I know what you mean. I've got a touch of Hiddlestonitits, which is bad, because he's a good actor and he keeps doing Shakespeare plays I like. I still can't bring myself watch his Coriolanus because I'm so damned sick of his face.

Maybe OP is subconsciously protecting her/himself from that (though I don't think I could get Whishawitis if I stared at him all day for a month).
