Ugh, tell me about it. My roommate just said something similar (he doesn't want to be labeled "bi" because of the stigma, so he's going with "fluid"). His phrasing made me feel like he's buying into the stigma and will sit there judging me for still identifying that way.

I've just started shutting people down with, "We exists. Get over it."
