Naaah. I agree with the poster above you.

In elementary and middle school, I liked them. In high school, I would've agreed about loathing group projects. But by college, I'd gotten the hang of managing adult-type people, making them do their best, and getting something better at the end than anything that I could've done on my own in the same amount of time.

(And FYI, I was usually at the top of my classes, which was why I usually got assigned the people who were failing whatever class we were in. One of my college professors even admitted to me that it was a deliberate choice and outlined the why of it.)

But it's a skill that you've got to cultivate, not magic that just happens.
