Idk who this character is but I'm surprised by how attractive I find him because I didn't really find Bucky attractive at all (at least in Winter Soldier - it's been long enough since I saw the first one that I don't really remember what I thought about him then).

Which was a huge disappointment really because I liked his overall design and expected to love the whole brainwash/torture thing.

I didn't find him attractive either. The long stringy hair and strung out look just wasn't working for me. It fits the character, but it's not a look I care for. I thought he was a lot better looking in the first movie, and in OUAT.
