This is me. And my RL is getting too much in the way. I also need to transfer a Bucky LJ icon over here.

My RL is also suffering from it lately... and I feel ridiculous because I know better than that, LOL. I don't know what got me, I've been mostly oout of any fandom for so many years (I only had an interlude with Loki in the first movie), but Bucky has just brought everything to the surface once again. I'm addicted to his face and his character...

No fandom has hit me quite like this since Doctor Who. And I'm even reading more fics than I did for that. I have a ton of fandoms, but only a few make me want to obsessively read fics.

Same... fic hunting is something I only do when I'm extra motivated. I suppose I'm extra motivated now.

And I noticed SO MANY good authors seem to have surrendered to the power of this ship, so basically a good 70% of fic I find is quite awesome. I was so happy about this, because I had basically quit the Thor fandom because of the absolutely disheartening quality of Thor fic. If I have to read the word mpreg again I'll probably have a seizure.

I never got into the Thor fandom, though he's my favorite character. There weren't many good fics, everything was about Loki who I don't really like, and none of the pairings I was actually interested in got written. If I read Thor-centric fics, its mostly Avengers fics.
