Can anyone read the signature at the bottom? It looks like it says "D. Fackles" or "Fadhis" or something.

Probably Connie Faddis, she was a huge artist at the time in S&H fandom ;-) I had some zines back then and years later, I sold them, right before the internet took off for fandom. The really good ones sometimes had silk screened covers and ran about 30 bucks back then. I sold them for about the same even 20 years later.
