I love a lot of the good book-style illustrations, but... gosh, I can't remember the zine, but...

The picture was of naked Spock in a tree and it must have gone to a fic in which that kind of an image would make sense, but it was weirdly terrifying on its own. I didn't actually have the zine, I'd seen the picture reproduced somewhere else and I could not wrap my head around why this was a thing that existed.

I've seen much weirder stuff since, sure, and yet that's the one that sticks with me as being just subtly wrong.

(and yes, that Starsky... he is hard not to pick out)
