I am not Russian and I watch this show (with subtitles, of course)

I love it though I do not really have an opinion about the Irene Adler character yet.

The older Russian Holmes show was also great, BTW.

PS: google is your friend and will lead you to the subtitled versions of the Russian Holmes show which manages to be both quite good and at times (frequently) quite funny, while pretty close to the spirit of ACD.
