This one was one of mine, but not in a "I enjoyed reading that" way, you know? More like in a "what the fuck is happening I can't look away" kind of way.

I also liked the whole sopranos/altos wank- I wasn't honestly expecting the wank from that one to happen, but it did, and it was glorious.

I'm not really fond of the naming names wank threads though, personally. When it's centered around how awful a specific person is/them getting dogpiled, I always feel the need to defend them, whether it's someone on F!S, or a celebrity, and I always have to step back to see if it's actually someone worth defending. (FTR, I feel like 99% of the people on F!S who get dogpiled are worth defending.)

I'm trying to find a child's computer game that I know I had when I was younger, so about 10+ years ago maybe?

I know that there were several areas where typing properly was the main point (one where you had to land on a ghost and then type the word that they had on them, or they would poof away and you would fall to your doom), but I don't think that that was the main point of the entire game.

You played as a weird little critter/monster thing, who likes monster soap operas, and has a crush on one of the leads in the soap opera. She, along with some other people, go to the home of their mad scientist ex-school friend, who actually hates them, and turns them into furniture, and stuff.

Your job is to run around the mad scientists house (while learning things), get all the clues? maybe? and find the people who were turned into furniture.

I know besides the ghost one, there was also a minigame where you had a series of words, you you had to match them in order across a chasm to get across, like the first word would be "orange", and the last was "bird, and in your word bank you had the words "blue" and "sky", and you had to match it like

orange -> blue (because they're both colors) -> sky (because skies are blue) -> birds (because birds + sky)

but a little more complicated.

Does that sound familiar to anyone? I'm just trying to find it because I know I played it as a kid, but I can't remember anything else about it, not even it's name. :/

Confusion

I know that sex =/= gender, and that people can be a gender that doesn't align with their assigned-at-birth sex, and that there can be more than two genders (man, woman, neutral, multiple), and more than two sexes (female, male, intersex), but I've recently seen two posts going around tumblr that states that the idea of "sex" is a myth? And that there is not such thing as "sex"?

And now I'm confused, but also a little weirded out, because one of the posts, at least, comes from a radfem, and I feel like it was just a precursor to her being transphobic as hell (because she has a tendency to be transphobic as hell), but then I saw a second post, and now I guess I'm wondering: Do you guys thing that biological sex isn't a thing? I'm not asking this to learn, so lmgtfy's aren't really helpful, I'm just curious about your opinions on this.

So apparently there's a possibility that Doctor Doom might be female in the Fantastic 4 reboot. I'm of two minds about this. One the one hand, Doctor Doom is an awesome character and it's so, so rare to see female villains of that sort.

On the other hand, there's over 9000 ways they could fuck this up. I'm OK with genderbending in theory, but not if it involve completely changing characterization and/or backstory for the sake of conforming to tired old gender stereotypes. In particular, I'm worried they're going to do something along the lines of making lady!Doom into Reed Richards' jilted ex-girlfriend, which... no. Fuck no.

Mine is probably my overly elaborate Castiel/Loki(Marvel) head canon. I also have an overly elaborate Chronicles of Riddick/Star Trek AOS headcanon. But that is less random because it relies on Karl Urban's characters.
