Depends on the system you're putting it into. I wouldn't put something with those kinds of specs into any system older than two years, or a custom-built system that might not have the capability to use/support it. Check your motherboard manufacturer's website (or ask at the tech desk of whatever store you bought the rig from), and see if there are, or will be, any issues. If there's any kind of customized overclocking in place on your system now, you might be asking for trouble.

It's under 2 years old. Bought on eBay, had a knackered hard drive on arrival (great sign, huh?). Has had the PSU replaced already this year, due to that going on me.

Motherboard... let's see what speccy says about that. And as usual, it's all gibberish to me.
