Um, saying there is a concern for how women are being written on a show is NOT SJW-material. Seriously, we need to stop misusing that phrase because it will lose all meaning and do harm to actual legitimate concerns/causes.

Also, as other have said - the secret didn't mention Moffat, and he's not the only writer.
