Lemon. Like, lemon ice cream, not lemon gelato.

And specifically, lemon chocolate chip. And more specifically, the lemon chocolate chip at the ice cream shop that was down the street from my family's house when I was a kid.

There's a dairy where I live that makes lemon chiffon ice-cream and it's THE BEST THING EVER

Lemoooon! I'm not a big fan of chocolate but I would try that.

It's pretty good! I think the chocolate adds a nice contrast, you know?

Of course it's also possible that I just have too much childhood nostalgia for the ice cream...

Oh man, you should have been in Australia this summer. We have a chain called Gelatissimo which did a whole range of lemon ice creams over summer, including lemon choc chip.
