i feel like i just took a course on the book. in a good way.

i admit i haven't read the whole book, only a few passages. it really is beautifully written. i remember feeling a bit uneasy though. i mean, from a theoretical point of view i understand that fucked up characters are very interesting and that one shouldn't shy away from reading and writing them the way they are, but man, that guy was really fucking creepy.
