The problem with not using recipes is that I work completely on instinct, so I can't do exact amounts or anything.

They'd end up like: caramelized onion, great northern beans, broth, a bit of smoked tofu, thyme, salt, pepper. Or: broth, ginger, garlic, carrot, scallions, miso.

Roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions, carrot, broth, coriander, S&P, garnished with chopped raw peanuts?
