I was gonna guess SPN, but really for that you need the apocrypha more than the Bible itself. Well, provided it's angels you want. All the juicy stuff with angels is in the likes of the Book of Enoch.

The ones I've seen ship Jesus with his father.

Judas or John sounds reasonable in comparison, and I can see either. There's the kiss/unexplained crazy strong jealousy for the former. And all that 'the one who Jesus loved' in the Bible for the latter.

I did see a documentary once where the possibility of a relationship between Jesus and Judas was explored. It was weird and their reasoning was full of holes, but people have seriously researched it.

I ship Jesus/Judas sooo hard, in Jesus Christ Superstar. Which is about the extent of my biblical knowledge, but would probably be enough to make me write erotic fanfiction if I were inspired enough.

I really need to re watch that movie; I can barely remember it but people seem to be talking about it lately.

But seriously, I've read some really good Bible fanfic that, like, took it seriously and everything. It was cool. There was some really sweet and thoughtfully written Michael/Lucifer.

Here to echo David/Jonathan, this has been an OTP of mine for a very long time.

I also Jesus/Judas, but also Jesus/Thomas. I have a massive headcannon about how all that interaction happened.

These are things I was extremely embarrassed by in High School when I first discovered I shipped it, and now years and years later I actually think of fondly. (Especially David/Jonathan... they're fantastic.)
