No. No no no no. People who think they get to decide when the people they hurt should get over and move past what they did to them. No. He's already made plenty of shitty judgement calls, he doesn't get this one.

Apologies are not a magical reset button. Trust has to be earned all over again and it's going to be hard this time because now the victim is going to question their own judgement because they believed in you the first time AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED!
