Re: 1st or 3rd person?

I like reading 3rd person more, but I am not totally against 1st, if it's a good story. 2nd can be an interesting effect, but more often than not any 2nd person that I see around is Character/Reader, which feels skeevy to me.

Games... Well I'm not a huge gamer and most of what I have played is 3rd person perspective.

However if you're talking about RP, I tend to avoid 1st person RPers because the skeevy feeling I get about Character/Reader fics I also get with 1st person RPers. I don't mind if it's just trading comments In Character, but when it comes to narrating, a reply of "I do this to you" feels creepy, like they're doing it to Mimi Sardinia, not Kizár. Kizár may be my character, but I am not that deeply embedded in her POV.
