Except, you know, some people who 'indulge' themselves in rape fic are survivors and reading made up stories about sexual assault might be cathartic rather than something to get off on to them?

Also enjoying fic (fan or pro) about rape =/= getting off to rl news reports/documentaries about rl cases/whatever.
