I always spend ages on the character creator in any game that gives me the option, my fem!shep has the standard features(as I did t want to risk buggering it up) but it took me ages to get a hair/eye colour I liked and the rest of it.

The first ever WoW character I made I spent aaaaages getting everything how I wanted it even though the customisation options are not very extensive at all, these days I'm less picky about hair style/colour but that's because you can change it in-game easily enough. I love how all my WoW characters look though I am having trouble finding a skin tone that I want for a new character I'm thinking of making.

And GW2's character creator is amazing, really customisable for an MMO. I love it though and have managed to get my characters looking great. In GW though there is no way to change hair style/colour at all so once you've chosen your stuck so I spend much longer on it than the WoW character creator these days.

Ah, yeah, ME takes a lot of tinkering if you want to make a nice face that isn't heavily based off a default.

Make their skin tone purple.

I can imagine. I've spent hours doing faces before. I mean, if I'm gonna hafta look at it all game I want it to be something I like.

Yeah it's way too easy to cock up so I play it safe, lol.

Y'know I was swaying towards a Draenei lady and they do have purple skin tones...

Oh of course, the hair has to be right, eyes, everything. Ha I spent a solid hour just deciding on if I wanted a white tiger patterned Char lady or a black tiger pattern(dark with white stripes).

They are my second favourite race after night elves(even though I'm pretty sure I have more Draenei atm...) :3

I went with the white tiger pattern for my initial Char but I have a black tiger saved for a potential second one(depending on race plans 'cause part of me wants one of each race).

If you're hoping to do every race I'm assuming you do Horde and Alliance?

Oh sorry, the second part was more directed at GW but I do play both Horde and Alliance, primarily Alliance though. In a round about way I think I probably do have a character of each race via lots of random alts scattered across different servers. :P

Ah, my bad. Really? Alliance? I don't meet many Alliance players.
