This is borderline fucking irrelevant but I just wanna say that Armin is going to turn (basically) evil in the SNK manga soon and I can't wait for Tumblr to fall all over itself trying to defend it's favorite little angel with awful half-baked 2deep "make u think?" arguments for why he's actually still a perfect pure baby and totally in the right and Eren and Mikasa are just doodoo heads.

And by "I can't wait" I actually mean I'm rigging a system that will allow me to detonate the dynamite beneath my house with a push of a button.

Oh man, I feel the same way. I like Armin, but all the Armin stans on tumblr are starting to make me annoyed. They're always pissing and moaning about how he's not included in official art or whatever, and if one dudebro says that Armin is "wimpy," they feel the need to make 100 text posts defending him.

I don't know if he's going to become downright evil, but I definitely think he's going to do something morally ambiguous that will piss off Eren. Its already been hinted at, but Armin stans like to sweep this under the rug.

Okay, seriously, where are these Armin stans? I have seen people rebuke the idea that Armin is a weakling - which is a good point - but nothing about excusing his moral ambiguity and forboding.

They're usually in the Eren/Armin and Jean/Armin sides of tumblr fandom, from what I've seen. I had to stop following two Eremin blogs because they kept pulling the 'Armin is a precious perfect shota angel who's better than the other characters' bs.
(I sound so bitter every time I talk about this fandom, god.)
