Mulder and Scully, honestly. I loved them as friends. I guess it's the flip side of slash. It's great to see two men in love for once, and it's great to see a man and a woman loving, trusting and caring for each other without being in love!

Two caveats to this: I was a lad when I watched it. I might've still had some 'kissing is icky' feels. And I do love their interactions in the second movie. So wistful and sweet. Melancholy, but hopeful.
