Re: Bread

the Big Sky Bread Company makes an organic three-seed bread that's pretty good, though it can be dry. It's a franchise, with stores in a lot of states.

Rudi's Organic Bakery makes a Harvest Seeded bread, a Spelt & Ancient Grains bread that also has flax, sesame, and sunflower seeds, and a Super Seeded bread with 6 different kinds (they don't say what they are). Here's the website--see if there's a distributor near you. (They make gluten-free stuff too.)

IDK, these are the main ones I can reliably get in my part of Iowa. If there's a co-op in your vicinity and you have a way to store bulk purchases, it might be worth your while to make a pilgrimage there now and then to stock up.

Oh, and I forgot that Food For Life company that makes sprouted-grain breads with names like Ezekiel 4:9. They also make one called Genesis 1:29 with sprouted grains and seeds.
