The best way to do it is to go full on method. Create a fake persona who loves whatever the fuck it is, just throw yourself into the part for a few hours beforehand (go shopping or whatever) and in the whole time you are shopping just keep saying to yourself "how would [persona] react in this situation?". That way when you come to the interview, you have a full on character you are playing and you can easily fake enough sincerity to get through it. Ideally you'd want to do this a few days in advance and test drive that persona for a couple of hours each day to get it fully rounded. If you don't get the job, then work on creating a few different personae you can rotate through at will. Take a few hours every couple of days to create and practice another you in. Bring those out for the interview. Remember that lying is like any other skill, it needs practice to develop and retain.
