Wait - are you saying she was trying to seduce him? Because wow that's not how I saw that scene AT ALL. Trying to "win him over", get some influence in there so Cersei doesn't poison him against his future wife, yeah. Sure. Definitely saw that. But I think she also kept it pretty fucking innocent because he's a goddamn kid and she knows that.

It was pretty obvious that she was trying to seduce him, watch again. But I doubt she was doing it to have sex with him, more like she wants him to get a crush on her.

I agree it started as a seduction, but about halfway through she realized they were the wrong tactics and switched to more of a "big sister" vibe. Maybe I'm over-reading, but that was what I got from Natalie's body language.

I was quite moved when she expressed relief that he "wasn't cruel".

Yeah, I saw it as her using the fact that a boy that age would be pleased to have a very pretty woman want to be friends with him and think he's cool. Not anything sexual.
