Why can no one track the kink meme? Half the users on your average meme only participate by tracking. o.O And the automatic screening is...wtf? And given the nearly inherently international nature of fandom, "not illegal" doesn't even make any sense because even within a country, legal in one area is perfectly fine in another one - forget different laws between entire countries!

I can get why someone would want to limit the amount of prompts on a meme, but combined it all the other stuff, it seems less about managing a good prompt-to-fill ratio and more about the mod's powertrip.
