Now THERE'S an idea for a series; the poor tech support guy with no powers hired to maintain the servers for a supernatural hunting organization. Not only does he need to deal with bizarre eccentric hunters but he also needs to deal with the demons and such who keep trying to destroy the server.

Not to mention that the server failing is a matter of life and death.

"We need you to reboot the server!"
"Oh sure, lemme just warm up my laptop to remote in ..."
"Quickly! Sareen is fighting a new kind of werewolf and needs the wiki NOW!"
"Oh! Uh, okay, I'm going as fast as I can!"

I just want them to do so much stuff. I want a forum where people find hunting partners. And where they have mentor programs for young hunters. And a system to safehouses for hunters that need them. And bringing law enforcement and medical personnel into the fold. They could have a damn supernatural version of SHIELD!

But you can't do thaaaat, they have to keep up the ~masquerade~ *eyeroll*

But yeah, I get you. I'd like a lot of series a lot more if they, y'know, acted more like a real organization. With shared information and training and back-up and some goddamn therapists and other such pragmatic things. Heck, one of the reasons why I loved the JLU show is that they had ALL of those things.

Man I am so writing this shit down in my 'potential story ideas' file.
