Hmm. Tough call!

I'd say Castiel's liason with "April" is a pretty strong contender, given that it worked out to a two-for-one noncon scenario (at best,) but there've been some other doozies. Sam killing a possessed-but-conscious nurse to drink her blood so he could kill Lilith was another good (bad) one. I'm sure other Supernatural fans can make nominations.

i.e. that whole soul-less Sam letting Dean get bit in season...7? 8?

Dean keeping Sam alive (particularly this season) without Sam's consent (knowing damn well that Sam would have said no).

And in this season w/e Castiel is up to...
