Trypophobia?

I go through life pretty easily (definitely way more easily than people think, with how much I bitch about everything) but I've asked people to tag stuff before over a picture of bread. It's just the little holes that make me kind of want to claw my face off. -shudders-

Yeah, my sister has this and she'll go nuts over very specific things, but otherwise is generally fine.

Asking someone you know to tag stuff out of courtesy is a far cry from the idea that seeing a loaf of bread will cause a breakdown in any context, because bread is an extremely common item that you can see basically anywhere. If a person had that strong of a reaction to anything so common, their best course of action is to take a break from the internet while seeking psychological/psychiatric help.
