Asking someone you know to tag stuff out of courtesy is a far cry from the idea that seeing a loaf of bread will cause a breakdown in any context, because bread is an extremely common item that you can see basically anywhere. If a person had that strong of a reaction to anything so common, their best course of action is to take a break from the internet while seeking psychological/psychiatric help.
