Halestorm's version of Get Lucky. Both are good, but I'm more of a rock fan than electronic/dance/whatever the hell daft punk actually is.

Pretty much every Britney Spears song sounds amazingly better as a punk rock and/or metal cover. My friend's band did an awesome metal version of Circus.

I have about three covers of Toxic and I think my favourite is this close-harmony a cappella version. Unfortunately I'm at the wrong computer to look up who did it.

The only one I can remember the actual band (and wasn't also my friend's cover band) is more silly than awesome, but it's a Japanese punk band's cover of Baby One More Time:
