OK I know I've been MIA lately, but I have to talk about OUAT! Thoughts about the finale?

I'm honestly curious how You Know Who who showed up at the end is going to sound.

I know I should have felt sorry for Regina but I cackled at her bad fortune. Of course she wouldn't find love and of course it would be Snow's kid who made the misfortune happened. If I were Regina, I would find Tink and go yell at her. She's the one that made the damn prophecy.

I think having Elsa for next season is really, really smart for ratings. There has been buzz about it all over the web. It will bring people who have never seen the show before in just to see the Frozen crossover. Now if they are really smart, they will show a teaser clip of Elsa at Comic Con. The place would go nuts.

I just want to know what was she doing in Frankenstein's lab?

Not feeling the whole Hook and Emma thing.

I felt bad for her, but at the same time I don't think it's as big of a tragedy/slight on Regina as the rest of the fans seem to. My biggest issue with her and Robin was that it felt like it was moving too fast too easily; like her previously being evil wasn't an issue. I think that it'll actually be pretty interesting next year, to see that interaction. Unless they just rehash the season 1 love triangle.

Yeah, this is going to explode with ratings. I've seen people ask "Why Elsa now?" and it's so obvious to me; everyone's still in Frozen fever.

I wasn't into Hook/Emma for a long time, but now it's grown on me so much that I really dig it.

I was worried about Captain Swan but actually I thought it was pretty well done; they kept it fairly slow without giant advances, and Emma accepting him was part and parcel of the whole 'fuck it ok I'm actually attached to these people' rather than a separate thing.

I liked how the time travel was handled, and seeing the characters from then--they did a good job with the cameos all around. The baby's name was great.

I'm so over Rumbelle I can't even.

The way this show worships the status quo pisses me the fuck off. So Regina is gonna be back to being the bad guy? I've always hated her but I was willing to let her be a good guy but MAKE UP YOUR DAMN MINDS.

Eh I think it was a huge missed opportunity. I wanted them to change something in the past and come back to an altered future.
I have a really low tolerance for the 'true love' on this show so the Rumple/Belle wedding and the goo goo eyes between Emma and Hook annoyed me.

I'm looking forward to Elsa though. (despite my better judgement)

Well let's see. Rumbelle got married, pushing the "Belle finds out that Rumple was a lying dickhead" revelation to next season. Hopefully she doesn't find out by trying to use the dagger to call for help and getting kidnapped (again) or horribly injured as a result. Or when someone tries to steal the fake and hurts her in the process. On the other hand, if she calls him out on his shit and leaves a la early season 2, I will be pissed because for fuck's sake, they need to talk about why he keeps doing shit like this, preferably with Archie. He can marry them, why can't the writers show him doing his job? (Oh right, not the right kind of *drama.* If it doesn't involve macguffins or new magical lands or the villain of the week, they don't bother showing it.

Captain Swan makes me want to puke and break things. I hate the whole "I was afraid to love" and "no means convince me" thing. Season 1 Emma fell for Graham and fake memory Emma fell for Walsh like a normal person, and the only reason I can think that Hook turns her into an emotional cripple is the whole "I'm scared of the depth of my feelings for you" pile of crap. I honestly don't ship Emma with anyone, but at the same time, Graham, Neal, and even non-monkey, not under Zelena's control Walsh seem like better choices and also better people. Or heck, Emma can be bi. Pair her with Mulan. Hook was a bullying sleazebag murderer until he changed his ways to "earn" Emma. She deserves better.

If Hook and Emma don't have the same kind of whoops we're separated again drama the other couples have next season, I'll want to know why. And I desperately want teen Bae back via time-travel screwup. He can still be angry at his dad and super angry at Hook for selling him to Pan. I want Bae to tell Hook so, hopefully where Emma can hear. And for her to find out what started the whole Rumpelstiltskin/Hook feud in the first place. I'm pretty sure Emma still doesn't realize that Milah was both Rumpelstiltskin's wife and Neal's mother. Given what she knew of Gold, and having finally seen scaly Rumpelstiltskin, she probably thinks Milah was Rumpelstiltskin's unwilling concubine or something.

I just want to see Emma's face when Hook admits that he made crippled peasant Rumpelstiltskin think his wife was going to be gang-raped to death. Except Hook is "redeemed" now, while Regina and Rumpelstiltskin both get evil/shady resets for next season. Unlike the rocky redemptions they got, Hook's past actions were just retconned or ignored as though he has nothing to apologize for. In case you couldn't tell, I loathe him.

I loved Emma's reaction to scaly Rumpelstiltskin. I thought the flashback to the start of Emma and Neal's relationship was super cute, even if I still don't ship them. Iffy on calling the newest Charming Neal, since it seems like a sop to his fans and also kind of tacky. Teen Emma earned more points for the casting department. Elsa is a blatant ratings-grab. I was hoping for Maleficent back from the dead, but oh well. I may not watch next season anyway.

Hook and Emma only got together because horny fans. There I said it. Captain Swan shippers are the fucking worst people in the fandom, and they got ass patted for being scumbags to the SwanQueen/SwanFire/The actual fucking actor for Neil, hi, he's not actually Neil, you can go masturbate now.

I don't have much of a problem with a lot of the story, but I really don't like Robin Hood's wife being back. That's a whole plot point that hinges on Emma going to Fairy Tale Land and being deeply stupid.

On the other hand, there was going to be those who asked "Where's Marion?" if Robin hooked up with Regina and at least this answers that.

How so? Marion would be dead...
