Opening doors and looking through windows at night. I am terrified of one day opening a door/looking through a window and seeing something.

I have a bathroom mirror that faces my back door, which is almost entirely window. If I go in to wash my hands at night I'm very careful where I look.

I've actually looked out a (different) door window one night and saw a face looking back at me. I screamed.

Ha, no, it was another person. He was apparently looking for the neighbour's house, since that's where he went next and they let him in.

I guess he was about to knock when I saw him.

A window facing our backyard does not have a curtain. Uggghhhh.

I'm glad I don't have this because my roommate recently took out her kitchen curtains (which were the right width) and replaced them with a single curtain that's only 2/3 the length of our door. I'm facing it right now. I'm more annoyed by the fact that I'm basically sitting in a fishbowl than anything...
