Well honestly you'd be hard pressed to be able to find any entertainment to support if we're talking about insane hours, low pay and the health dangers it causes.

The animation industry is horrible about this in the west too, things are super competitive and people pretty much will step over each other to get a job in it no matter how terrible it is.
