(Anonymous) 2014-05-17 08:57 am (UTC)(link)My biggest let down was when I got into Dark Souls. The game is fun and challenging but what I loved most was the designs and the unconventional storytelling. I absolutely adore all the characters and the lore.
But when I tried to approach the fandom all I've found were a bunch of whiny crybabies constantly yelling at each other, focusing only on the pvp and constant fights about gankers and hackers. And the constant spam of "git gud".
Needless to say I was very disappointed...
