(Anonymous) 2014-05-17 09:37 pm (UTC)(link)Yeah... I think it counts as a sexual offense, actually. So stop doing that.

(Anonymous) 2014-05-18 12:00 am (UTC)(link)I was thinking if someone saw them or if the neighbors had a security camera, they could end up on the sec offender list or at the very least...trespassing? vandalism? idk but definitely something illegal

(Anonymous) 2014-05-18 05:32 am (UTC)(link)Depends on the state. I do believe in NY you can be put on the sex offender registry if your caught and convicted for peeing on the sidewalk.
Which is why as much as I like the sex offender registry, there definitely needs to be an overhaul and a redefinition of what and who precisely belongs on there, because A)there's a world of difference between a child molestor and somebody who ended up there because they sexted naughty pictures of themselves to their boyfriend in high school, or relieved themselves on a sidewalk in which case B)some states do not specify why somebody ends up on a sex offender registry in the first place which can lead to some serious problems and even danger for those who ended up it because of a moment's stupidity that had nigh malicious intent.
