When I was a teenager I made up this entire elaborate fiction about a dead girlfriend to garner sympathy and attention.

I once tried to summon a Demon. Ended up summoning a Damon. Damon Waynes to be specific. He was nice. We hung out. Talked about In Living Color for a bit and then I sent him home with a juice box. All in all, it was a good afternoon.

Did the same thing and released Matt Damon upon the world. Sorry, world.

Tumblr answer: I pay taxes to a government that uses them for war, torture, slavery, colonialism, and murder.

Personal answer: When I was fighting with one of my friends, just to make her cry, I told her that I never really liked her and I'd only been pretending to be her friend because I felt sorry for her.

Did you ever tell her you didn't mean it? I had people make that clear to me (for real) in middle/high school and it kind of helped make me way more detached than I used to be.

I told her almost immediately after she stopped crying and I stopped being mad, which was maybe 5 or 10 minutes. I hope she believed me like she said she did. Maybe I'm different, but I don't know if I could completely trust a friend who said they didn't really mean it after telling me something like that.

I was in on a pretty nasty prank phone call in seventh grade - I mean it got to "fuck you, I'm going to fucking beat your ugly ass up" levels. The friend who was saying it didn't mean any of it, but I was still too scared to DO anything.

And don't ask why my twelve year old friend was talking like that. I have no idea, but it was sad.

I've told several people who had family trouble at home that their dads drink because they cry. To this day, I've apologized to only one of them.

Are these supposed to be evil things we're ashamed of or evil things we're proud of?

Did you make a mind-control machine and take over a small country?

Being told I was loved for a good long time after he'd lost those feelings for me. I know he meant well, but how do I trust anyone else who says they love me?

Re: The most evil thing you've ever done or experienced / I was bullied. TW SUICIDE ATTEMPT

This might identify me. Oh well.

I went through bullying that I wouldn't wish on anybody. Some of the most lovely incidents include:

Three girls tried to drown me in a toilet by shoving my face in the water and sitting on my head to prevent me from getting up. They kept flushing it to make the water go up my nose and choke me. I was very small for my age and there was no way to throw them off and get up. I tried. The only reason they stopped is due to a teacher coming in to see why they were making a racket.

A group of guys tried to run me over in their car while I was walking home from school. When that didn't work, one of them hurled a glass bottle of piss out the window at me. (Missed, thankfully!)

Another guy tried to push me down a flight of stairs when I was on crutches with a badly sprained ankle. I windmilled my arms, which sent both crutches down the stairs, and my heavy backpack made me sit straight down on my butt instead of tumbling headfirst along with my crutches.

I figured that since people wanted me dead, I'd make myself dead. I tried to kill myself. I'm glad it didn't work; I would've missed out on the incredible life I'm living now. I've been out of high school for almost twenty years. The anger towards my bullies is gone and the only time I feel angry is when I see bullying and see it being handled poorly. I still experience anxiety if I'm around groups of kids between ages twelve and eighteen, and I actually get nauseated looking at old photos of the school I went to. I guess some of my mental scars won't entirely go away.

Damn, I'm really sorry you had to go through that.

I'm so glad life is treating you better now.

Oh, fuck, that's beyond twisted. I was bullied in primary school, but only really by a couple of girls and nowhere near that level.

Sweet Jesus, I'm so sorry you had to go through that, anon. That's beyond twisted, but it's good that you're past those horrible years.

I became friends with a BNF only because I hated them and their stories and I wanted a way to hurt them. It worked.

That's a little frightening, but I'd be lying if I said I hadn't fantasized about doing similar things. And I'm not sure if it's ethics that keep me from doing it or the fact that I don't want it to come back and bite me in the ass.
