This bircher muesli thing sounds awesome. And in the morning it would definitely work better, because there's no way I'm waking up even 10 minutes before I have to to cook oatmeal... and I hadn't thought of using cinnamon either, but I see it's a popular choice.

I think I'm going to prepare it tonight for tomorrow. :D

Also anon below me reminded me of how my nana used to eat oats: hot cooked with brown sugar and butter stirred in. Sweet, buttery deliciousness!

Goooooooood. :D I used butter to toast them before cooking them this time around, but tbh I'm not sure it was a good idea because I had to boil them anyway later, so... but I could try toasting them and then eating them cold in yogurt too?

But oh yes, doing that thing with the butter and the brown sugar, right away. I fear this might become my new food-drug.
