My suggestion would be to do some non-fandom things. I wouldn't give up fandom completely, just, you know, hit the gym. Go for a walk. Talk to someone new face-to-face. Read some non-fiction. Attend a church service of your choosing (maybe, I don't trust churches very much). Volunteer for a cause that interests you. The possibilities are endless.
