I cook it with all water and then top it with butter and brown sugar. That's how I always had it growing up and it's delicious so I've never really wanted to try another way.

I use the butter to toast them before boiling them in water/milk, but now I want to try using butter to top it. I suppose the taste of butter would be stronger and that's def a good thing. :D
