I admit to making peanut butter and jelly oatmeal. I usually boil the oats with water then add the peanut butter (any kind will work, but I've used honey peanut butter) and whatever fruit spread I happen to buy that week. Pomegranate jelly is probably my favorite. The problem with it is the peanut butter can be a bit thick and may not spread evenly. I personally don't mind it clumping up but my try adding the peanut butter at various stages to see if I can thin it out a little.

I have to confess I've never tried peanut butter? I don't usually find it here where I live. There are well furnished stores that probably have it but I always forget!
