Am I the only one who liked this movie?

I'll be the first to agree the movie had a lot of problems, but I didn't think it was this unpopular. o.O If nothing else, I would think DeHann's Harry and the Harry+Peter chemistry would have appealed to fandom. :(

I'm totally with you -- it definitely had its issues with over-plotting and not enough character development, but overall I really enjoyed it anyway because the heart was still there.

And this is to both you and the OP -- yes, the Harry/Peter fandom is pretty much the only thing I've seen come out of this movie (which is convenient for me, because that's totally my ship!). I've been looking around pretty desperately for fic and just other fans to talk to in general, and most of what I've found has been on AO3 and Tumblr. Tumblr isn't usually my go-to fandom place, but there is absolutely nothing on LJ and the people in the tumblr fandom seem really sweet, for the most part.

Recs/links? Especially for stuff on Tumblr? I've been perusing through AO3 but that's about it, and I can't Tumblr for shit.

Usually I just search the parksborn tag and a few times a day, someone will post a drabble or fic (I haven't really seen anything long, on AO3 or otherwise). I personally really like desdemonasighs's fic because it's really adorable and fluffy. <3 There's also a tumblr dedicated to linking to fic, though it looks like most of it is on AO3.

Nope. I thought this movie was pretty fantastic. I am honestly surprised at all the people dissing this movie. Maybe if it had more Loki. LOL

I'm with you! It had some issues, but I really liked it, and I'm honestly confused by just how many people seem to really dislike it!

Frankly, I was completely sold just by the moment where Electro goes crazy and the soundtrack is inside his head. I loved that, but apparently some people thought it was dumb, haha.
