that doesn't make it "unfair", that makes it irritating. School is not a fashion show. When the bell rings at 4, or whenever, go home and get dressed up.

I probably worded my opinion poorly, anon!

I personally don't think it's unfair and being reserved and a people pleaser, I'd have had no objections about it. But if I try to put myself in the shoes of a teen, I can see why they might feel uncomfortable with the idea since school is where most of their social interactions take place.
