Not OP, but: pretty scenery is nice to look at, but it doesn't occupy your entire brain. This is one reason I'm reluctant to exercise as much as I should - it's fucking boring, no mental stimulation at all.

I imagine I'm an important messenger, that I have to get through enemy lines in order to keep me running. It also helps because sometimes, when a 'bad guy' jumps out, I run run run run as hard as I can!

I do this too! I don't jog, but every time the air feels super fresh all I can think about is how awesome it would be if Pokemon were real and part of the scenery weather I'm in nature or in a town.
