I have one ship that I ship for fucked up reasons and have thought about making a secret about. However I could talk about if pressed and people were interested. My main problem is more that I don't have anybody to gush and squee over my ships with.

What two characters? Feel free to squee. You're anon here, so nobody will know who you are.

It's such a small fandom that anybody in it will know, but let's just say one character tried to kill the other and then lost his memory and forgot about his enmity towards the second character and was being all concerned about him, and the first character has no idea how to hold a grudge and refused to tell the second character what he'd done because it might make him get homicidal again, but to me it looked really adorable like they were looking out for each other and quietly being cuties together and eeeee

I'm not sure how'd they know it was you specifically even if it is a small fandom, but alright.

But from what you told me about these two characters, I can see why you ship it. It presses so many of my buttons from the description alone. I feel like squeeing with you.

Yeah, I wouldn't be ashamed of naming the ship. But the reasons why I ship it, I may be a bit hesitant to get into.

What are some of your fucked up ships and how are they fucked up?

Aw. Well. Right now my most fucked up ship is Vir/Londo from Babylon 5 which no one really legit ships because they have a father-son dynamic. But I ship it in a way where one of both of them are drunk and in need of comfort (they both drink for reasons because everything is sad). In canon, Londo is super lonely and desperate and sad and Vir is the only one who cares for him for himself and not as a means to an end. Vir's pretty lonely too, but people (not his own people, though) like him because he's not been a terrible person (Londo's getting better). Think the Walt/Jesse dynamic from Breaking Bad, in a way (though Londo is arguably a better person than Walt because at least he regrets the things he did). I ship Walt/Jesse, too, come to think of it.
