I really, really hated the ending of BSG. Enough so that I am still bitter about it all these years later.

For my favorite? I think A:TLA had pretty much the perfect ending. It fit the series and it was amazing and ugh, it was SO GOOD.

I mostly liked the ending to A:TLA, but felt that the spiritbending was a complete asspull. It was just an easy way for Aang to avoid doing any actual harm to Ozai, especially considering how much difficulty he had mastering the other powers. Aang's development had so far been slow and realistic, but that moment? Eugh.

Whatever, non. After the train wreck that was LOST's ending, the wrap up of BSG was so coherent and sensible, I could've wept for joy.

I didn't watch LOST, so it was still painful for me.
