Go see a doctor. I know it can seem like the scariest thing, but they will be able to help you figure out what's going on with you and what the best course of action is, because that's a decision you can't and shouldn't make by yourself. Get someone you trust to go with you, if that helps - not necessarily into the actual appointment, just to make sure you have that extra push behind you, and help you get home if needs be. Or try a helpline if you want to talk things through with someone neutral. I've used them several times throughout my life and they're incredibly helpful for that.

It is surprisingly scary. I didn't think it would be until I started looking at doctors. I've thought about helplines too, but I think it might be easier in person... I'm pretty bad with phones.

I'm starting to realize I've gotta do something, at any rate. I don't want to spend more time lying in bed feeling useless.
